Shipping Details

Orders are shipped via Canada Post.

In order to facilitate tracking of your package, shipping via Expedited Parcel or Xpresspost is recommended. This service allows a tracking number and delivery confirmation to be added. If you provide your email address, you can receive automated tracking updates directly from Canada Post.

Alternative shipping methods are available on request, however no Purchaser-initiated shippers will be allowed. Additional charges may apply.

For packages with a total value over $500, Xpresspost shipping, with signature delivery and card pick up at the post office, is required. 

The Purchaser accepts responsibility for paying any customs or duty charges which may be applied by their home country to any shipment.

Returns and Exchange Details

Care is taken in packaging your jewellery for shipping; however we cannot be held liable for items damaged, lost or stolen during shipping. If you have concerns about shipping, please ask for insurance to be added to your order. Additional charges may apply.

Returns may be accepted within 60 days of purchase, provided the item(s) are in the original packaging, in original, unworn condition. Prior arrangement must be made to qualify for a return, and the return code provided must appear on the package. Items with a value over $100 may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Exchanges on returned items will be issued once the package has been received and inspected for condition by the Seller.

All Returns/Exchanges must be shipped at the Purchasers’ expense – no COD returns accepted.

Due to the nature of custom orders, and the work involved in producing them, all sales of bespoke work are final. Sales of personalized items, and earrings (for hygiene reasons) are final – no refunds, credits or exchanges accepted.
